In accordance with Art. 13 of Italian Leg. Decree No. 196, dated 30/6/2003 (on confidentiality), we wish to inform our customers of the following.
Personal data will be processed for (i) the purposes of fulfilling tax, accounting and legal obligations, and of managing contracts and clientele (supplying products and accessories, assistance, replacements, repairs, customer management and administration, orders, consignments, invoices, solvency checks and management of disputes) and (ii) purposes connected with our commercial activities (selling by mail, marketing and publicity, market analysis and research, promotional activities, customer satisfaction surveys, events, competitions with prizes, statistical analyses).

The data will be processed, also by means of managing a central archive which will be created, using paper, computer and Internet supports, which specialised, authorised personnel will have access to.

Essential personal data for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or to establish and/or to keep up the contractual relationship must be provided, as failure to do so will make it impossible to establish and/or begin the relationship. Providing other personal data is optional, however, in general, it will help to provide customers with a better service; any refusal to provide this information will not result in negative consequences for the customer.

Personal data relating to the customer may be passed on to parent companies, subsidiaries and/or companies connected with Frisone S.r.l., for the purposes mentioned above, or to external service providers specialised in: i) software management, hardware, Internet and computer systems; ii) data processing and storage; iii) printing, mailing, transporting and sorting communications to customers; iv) finance services, debt collection and financial risk assessment.
We remind customers that they can always exercise their rights, as provided by Article 7 of the Law on Confidentiality. The Owner of the processed data is Frisone S.r.l., whose registered office is in Via Dell’Acacia 60/62, 28021 Borgomanero (NO), Italy.
